About
Retail has always been a passion of mine. My journey started as a seasonal role in a jewellery store after completing university, then grew into a long-term career. I have been fortunate to work with an assortment of different retailers, from jewellery to clothing, from high street to premium luxury. During these 15 years, I developed from a sales assistant, to store manager, became an integral part of a growing jewellery business as a Retail Coordinator and progressing to Area Manager.
Seeking a new challenge, I moved into the world of recruitment, and I have enjoyed every minute. Having worked in the retail field I can relate to the needs of both candidates and clients. I have been able to support my clients with building up sales teams, hiring the top talent for store management and head office appointments, as well as listening to the needs of my candidates to ensure their next step is the right one.
