Becci Bennett.

Before I joined the C2 team, my career started with Next in 2009. I began my journey as a part time sales assistant, and progressed to senior management roles before spending two years as a Regional Trainer.

Being part of the Learning and Development department enabled me to work with many company stakeholders and senior managers; this has not only allowed me to make a difference to customers on the salesfloor but to really understand all aspects of the business. I know how important it is that the right person is the right position and one of my biggest passions was spotting talent, which is why I decided to make the move into recruitment.
