The Challenge
A well-known UK Hospitality brand approached C2 as they were looking for a new specialist consultancy to support with new site openings around the UK. They needed a full 360 solution from a team with industry experience whilst working to tight timescales. The project would last a minimum of 3 months and would include head hunting and senior appointments.
The C2 Solution
Based on the urgency of this project, we visited the clients head office and several existing sites to get a real feel for the company culture. Our experienced hospitality team then mapped out what the assignment looked like and began an extensive campaign to target the candidates needed. We used "dual branded" advertising across all our networks to ensure we cast our net far and wide. Our "Search &amp; Executive" team began the process of targeting senior and field-based managers based on their extensive experience. Our market leading recruitment software and platforms helped us profile and interview candidates across the country which allowed us to produce shortlists of high-quality qualified candidates ready for interviews.
Results
We were asked to support the face-to-face interviews which resulted in a high number of company hires within the new sites opening. Better still, the 3-month assignment led to our business to continue to support the client throughout the rest of 2023. More hiring plans to come in 2024 as our clients continues to expand its portfolio across the UK.

Based on the clients brief and finding out lots about their business culture, C2 set to work to develop some bespoke recruitment packages around their recruitment needs. We put together a fixed cost solution that gave the client multiple candidates per role whilst also allowing them to utilise our expertise. This would allow their budget to go much further whilst still benefiting from our high-quality service.&nbsp;
Results
We reduced their recruitment spend considerably saving their business thousands. We would advertise across the leading UK Job Boards and Social Media platforms plus make contact with Job Centres and Job Fairs to ensure a consistent flow of candidates came in each month. We also used a selection of CV databases to ensure "problem locations" had and on-going focus. A dedicated Account Manager was onhand to support even "out of hours".</div>
